    Land Acquisition

    Compulsory acquisition occurs when the authority acquires land from you for public purposes. Landowner who is not satisfied with the compensation awarded by the Land Administrator may file an objection by lodging the statutory form together with the required deposit. A specialized Court known as Land Reference Court will hear and deal with the objection referred by the Land Administrator. We ensure your rights to property is not deprived with unless fairly compensated.
